Changes to Orders

Once your order is placed, orders cannot be canceled. No exceptions.

Order payments cannot be changed this includes discount codes or gift cards. Make sure any discount codes or gift cards have been applied before your submit your order. Once the order is processed discount codes and gift cards can NOT be added to the order and no adjustments can be made.


Shipping

All orders are shipped with tracking which is e-mailed to the e-mail you provide at checkout. You can track your packages at www.usps.com or www.ups.com.

If an order is shipped from The Ranchers Daughter to an incorrect address that YOU as the customer provided, YOU as the customer will be responsible to repay for reshipping. We WILL NOT assume responsibility for invalid information given by the customer. The Ranchers Daughter WILL NOT assume responsibility for lost or stolen packages.

Lost/Stolen/Damaged Packages

Once a package is shipped, it is out of our hands if a package is lost. The Ranchers Daughter will not be held responsible. All packages sent out have tracking information embedded in the barcode. If you feel as though your package has been lost, please submit a claim to USPS or UPS.

  • If a package shows "delivered" and you have not received your package, The Ranchers Daughter IS NOT responsible. This issue must be resolved with the United States Postal Service, UPS or your local law enforcement to file a claim.
