Refund policy

I understand that not every purchase will fit just right and returns are sometimes necessary. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. 

ALL refunds are for store credit only. To start a return, please read through the return policy and email me for return approval prior to shipping any items back. at theranchersdaughter@hotmail.com. Items sent back to me without first requesting a return will not be accepted. 

Items must be returned within 14 days to be eligible for a return. I am not responsible for lost packages when shipping back a return.

  • ALL refunds are for store credit only. 
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
  • NO returns on gift cards.
  • NO returns on jewelry, caps or hats, bags, purses or wallets.  
  • No returns on items purchased with a discount code of 25% or higher.
  • No returns on clearance or sale items. All sale/clearance items are FINAL SALE.

EXCHANGES

Exchanges must be approved. I cannot gurantee an item or size being in stock to exchange. Item must be shipped back at customers expense. New item will not be mailed to customer until item is received. Customer must also pay for shipping for the exchange item. 

REFUNDS 
Store credit will be issued when your return has been received and processed. You will receive an email with your store credit information to purchase any exchanges. Store credits will not be issued until your return is received.

CANCELING ORDERS

Once an order is processed and you choose to cancel the order and want a refund the refund will be made less the credit card processing fees inquired by your order that are nonrefundable. 

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact me immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that I can evaluate the issue and make it right. Please notify me at theranchersdaughter@hotmail.com within 3 days of the delivery confirmation date, otherwise it is considered wear and tear. No exceptions.
